just got my car back from pedders with a new set of height adjustable coilovers curtesy of bilstein. Noticed the difference as soon as i pulled out of the shop. definately feel the road a lot more but the feel around corners is amazing. I am looking forward to getting a new set of rims but im going to have a good look around first. so to all you mk4 guys why dont you go ahead and "show us your rims". id really like to see whats out there. The pix in photogrphy thread are awsome but theres not enough of them. So if u have a nice set of wheels, i would love to see a pic

Nothing flash on mine - just the stockers.

What did the coil overs set you back?

not much change from 3k installed including front mounts. Theres a place in berwick, vic that specialises in bilstein and they quoted me $2500 installed without mounts, however the guys at pedders st kilda did a great job of lowering my late golf III so i was prepared to pay a bit extra as i knew they would treat it like their own.

most probably 18's. wow your wheels are HOT! did the ones on the back just fit straight in? I bet you they were bloody expensive. i was thinking of spending no more than 2k without tyres

well if your ever interested in selling them...:D seriously though, did you import them yourself or did you go through a reseller? i have found a lot of nice rims in europe for quiet decent prices but im worried about stuff like warrenty and replacing damaged wheels and so on..

a partner of a mate of mine had them in his business which went bust.I got hem at a good price.I did contact schmidt and off the top of my head it was only 250euro to ship 4 wheels to oz.do a search function here.they also make a wheel that is indestructable as in no more gutter rash or buckles, check their site.

The Radinox lips. You have to search for "schmidt radinox" or just plain "radinox" on YouTube to watch the videos!

[Dodgy phone pics]

Suit the car so much better than the standard 16s.. and the offset is perfect - No need to dodgy it up with spacers because these sit right at the guards.
Little lower and it'll be sweet. :D

Yep! Not as much as i used to. Politics in that place killed my enthusiasm for that place.

FknDubbin, those RS4 rims look the mutts nutts, where did you get them from?

would they fit mk3 Vr6 i wonder? not sure how they would look on a mk3 anyway, but i really really like them, post some pics of your ride!

im on the look out for a nice set of bbs style YX with the fattest dish available...maybe 2.5" dish or something...
