In particular, changing door locking sequence?

Jimmy did mine when he did the first service on. You can change the locking sequence (drivers door on one click, all doors with two clicks), can also get the car to chirp or beep the horn or something like that too if you wanted. Can also change the "auto" indicator flashes when you half press the stalk.

We can't get auto wind-up on windows through that. I'm not aware if there's much more than can be changed, I don't believe it's as flexible as the mkV is.
