Are prices still negotiable at that rate or is it full RRP to subsidise the rate ?

Are prices still negotiable at that rate or is it full RRP to subsidise the rate ?Everything in life is negotiable, but it is subsidized by the dealer & not a campagn like the 11s, so if the dealer factors in the finance cost and gives a discount it will burn into the margin - I guess it depends how hard you want to negoatiate
