$185USD for a pair of 5x100-->5x112 H&R adapters from parts4vws.com. Unfortunately they dont have the 4x100-->5x112 ones :(

If u got a US contact who is willing to help u out then ask rayray for the place he got his adapters from. I think he said they were $320USD all up??

I got mine from ADAPITUSA (http://www.adaptitusa.com) which was the cheapest I could find. However, Motorsport Tech (http://www.motorsport-tech.com/adapters.htm) would be the go-to guys for differing stud adapters. Check out YouTube for a video of them in action (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v/P-LKUalkRnM&l=204&t=OEgsToPDskKylBLtfD5gOFC9U5SF8sWX&sk=M19WaDxMmGzyLdr3ZMsJIQU&sourceid=gs). I was quoted a price of $500USD for the same set of adapters I got from ADAPTITUSA.

Can you PM me your MSN contact Alex? I'd like to talk to you about adapters if you are getting them.

Cheers!
