Diesel/petrol exhaust compatability for Mk1's

Is the diesel exhaust system the same as the petrol for a Mk1? If not, what are the differences? Thanks Heaps

yes.... none... need i say more?

some diesels got the stupid single downpipe toilet bowl up front, but most have the dual downpipe job.

a diesel exhaust system is generally a soot disposal device intended to keep your car clean.... the aussie petrols didnt come with CATS so theres no problem swapping htem over.... even if they did, it wouldnt hurt your diesel any... probly wreck the cat though
