I saw these in the quokka ages ago and they are still there.
I drove way out to the hills to check these out and someone seriously should rescue them!!

The red one is a 1968 75L coupe which is licensed and the old bugger drives it every day! Its very neat and would suit a restoration.

The blue one is a late '60's Super90 4-door. It still runs too but is unregistred and has been used as a parts car for the 75L.

They're owned by an old Austrian bloke who will only sell them as a pair. He's asking $6500.

He mentioned a THIRD super90 out on a farm somewhere in Jarrahdale which you can "just go and take" as another parts car but its damaged and rusty apparently...

I was thinking if someone wanted to go halves and take them off his hands and we could just take a car each??

That blue one would be a sweet project... on bags!!

So, anyone keen?
He wanted to sell them as a pair and locally, But if someone wants to chuck in $2500 i can chuck in $2500 or whatever we can negotiate, I could go up there and buy 'both cars', and then we split them...????

OK. He said he was going to the german car day on sunday so i'll try to get some pics then. Otherwise i'll have to drive out to the hills again and visit.

That'd be cool coz i'm keen on the 4-door super90 as its better to "modify" a less mint example...

Ok here's some more pics for those interested.
The car looks very solid for its age as you can see.

I've tried to get pics of the worst/bad bits but theres not much to see really.

He's given it a respray at some point as it was fading and he wasnt a fan of the original shade (although i cant tell the difference). The job isnt the best but with a car like this you would do a full repaint anyway with the resto..

This is where he parks it and there were NO oil drops anywhere. That big puddle is just water...

Looks as straight as Hugh Hefner, and about as pimp. Hope these go to a good home, I love that coupe what a treat that would be.
