VAG-COM cable

Hi guys,

I'm now looking for a VAG-COM cable, Just wondering which one i should look for? i saw there are so many cables on e-bay, but my friend said there are CAN, and different version on it... and now i have no clue how all the things are... could someone please give me a hand on it?

Does ours cable same as Golf MK4? Or same as GOLF MK5? sorry for all of the dum questions... :)

I'd shell out for the proper CAN-BUS cable from RossTech.

Yeah it's more money but I think it's worth it. You can make a few bucks back by scanning any VW/Audi with it. Plus you can use the latest software and any upgrades that come out.
