We've had our Jetta TFSI serviced there since new (4.5 yrs ago) and apart from early encounters with a non helpful service consultant (who is no longer there) they have been very good, pricing is average for dealer servicing (when comparing it to those servicing sites) and when there was extended warranty repairs they provided a complimentary loan car, otherwise it's $30 which is reasonable!

good to know that they are good and that crappy service is no longer there XD

BTW the loan car do they give you a VW? or some crappy Hyundai? would feel strange driving a cheap car

Given that JH is now the Geely distributor it'll probably be a crappy Chinese car. :)

Most of the time a Golf 90TSI, had a 118TSi once and a Jetta 147TSI

I'd tell them they'd have to pay me to drive that :p

I'll sue them if i get injured in a accident in a Geely even Hyundai look better and feel safer than a Geely....

Found JH very good for service, average for costs. Generally they've given me a 2l TDI as a loan car. They say there is a charge for it but every time they end up giving it to me for free - I think its part of the way they market themselves
