Technically, probably possible.

You presumably need the rest of the climatronic setup - including the fans, sensors and wiring harnesses to rig it all up to the ECU. I wonder if Seb's done a climatronic retrofit before? I've taken a quick look at the wiring diagrams and I wouldn't be trying that in a hurry.
