Hi All

New Amarok on order at the moment, hopefully arriving in March.....hopefully.

Anyways, was wondering if anyone knows where i could source the wheels that are on the white amarok in the "Amarok Pictures and videos" section. Im just after the wheels, as the tyres are obviously easy to get.

Any ideas or advice would be great.

Cheers
Roscoe

If you mean these wheels called 'Aldo' on the silver Amarok Trendline.....

They will be optional on the Trendline spec.

He means the one's that were fitted to the Motor Show concept SAR Amarok

and he's right. They are better than any of ugly OE alloy offerings.....

They're called 'Black Dakar' and are available on the Touareg and T5 range overseas.

How much? I would be interested but only if 16" or 17" ?

I checked the above pdf. and could see them only as 18", but they look different than the ones in the picture.

They're definitely 18".

here's a multivan I had them fitted to...

price wise, i'm not 100% sure off the top of my head, I think you're looking at the thick end of 2500 - 3000 sans rubber.

They're not available in the Amarok parts catalog but they are a Transporter wheel, so barring any weirdness with load ratings, stud patterns and offsets (I doubt it but you never know) you should be fine

Hi All...again

Now that i know i can get the wheels, what are everyones thoughts on what tyre size they are running in the picture? There obviously 18's......but tyre specs I cant see (tried zooming) There is obviously a range of differant 18 BFG (all terrain) rubber.

Any thoughts on what they running in the picture? (white amarok picture above)

Thanks

BF Goodrich All terrain T/A KO. Good tyre, not too aggressive or noisy, relatively competent off-road too. Whatever you do, don't get any cooper tyres unless they are the STT!
