:S

Nope not those ones Jace.
Yours are from Sydney, these ones a listed at Morpeth.

In my add it says "THE FIVE STUD HOLES ARE ON A 120mm CENTERS". I quizzed about this etc, as well as proper widths and offsets. Not "230mm wide". Have no idea where that measurement was taken (Rim faces or tyre seats).

Only 5 mins from home so might go have a look see anyway. I have to say they don't give me a proper chub just yet. I can't see them looking smashing on my car anyway I mean.

I've got that favourited for a while now Mal! Haven't emailed the seller yet, but he doesn't seem to accept pick-up. I have doubts they have 8-52 stamped on all four wheels, seeing as I'm quite sure they come in staggered widths as a set.

Exactly as I thought (staggered set I mean)

Maybe he swapped with another set for 4x8's and 4x9's??

I can investigate for you if you want Raymond?

Don't think I'd commit though (rather spend the money on other things) but hey, if you can, that'd be cool!

What does that 8-52 stamp mean ? I'm still leaning about wheels jargon :cookie:

8" wide, ET52. Not all wheels follow this but there aren't many markings on a wheel, and those two numbers stick out like a sore thumb!

Was adding up figures for these on the cabby, but with tyres and adapters to consider it started adding up...
Great looking wheels tho!

The seller contacted me finally.
The details all suss out fairly well.
He is an antiquess dealer, but strangely enough found them at Cessnock Tip.
Doesn't normally do wheels, but saw the Porsche badge and thought they'd be worth a pop.

I don't really want another set of wheels, but im happy to help out anyone else that wants them.

Did he give you more details? Like what is stamped on them etc? Wonder what the J is (width) and whether or not the ET (offset) is the 52 he's quoting, sounds about right, but like someone else said, i wonder if these are all the same width?

He did say they are all the same width and had 8-52 stamped, Matt.

They all "look" from the photos to be the same width.

As I said, he's an antiques guy, probably doesn't recognise the importance of this information. Suppose he has got a rule out and measure widths and provided what is stamped (but somehow stuffed up the PCD).

I think if anyone offered him 200 + postage he'd take it. They aren't his kettle of fish.

If he will take $200, I'd just take them off his hands and stash them for another day!
