Hey all,
Pleased to be here.

I have been closing following these forums and others getting background on issues on the Mark 6 GTI. I ordered mine in early August, and from what I can tell from a few minutes ago, she's still sitting on Aida in the docks in Melb.

GTI, 5 door, Candy White, Xenons, MDI, RVC, Tint, Custom Europlates.

Yet to be named, tempted by 'Candy', or 'Aida'.

it must be effing painful to know that your car is here, right here, yet so far (paperwork far) away, hehe.

Thanks for the welcome.

It's killing me alright. Drove over the Westgate Bridge the other day - and could see a group of cars near where Aida was mored - assume its amungst them.

No plans at this stage, other than to get my hands on it, and run it in with a trip up and around Healsville, King lake etc. Might consider stage one down the track a bit.
