MDI USB Adapter

I've got an MDI iPod cable in my new Superb. I don't actually use an iPod and would rather have a USB cable to connect other phones and external drives. Does anyone knwo where one can buy an MDI to USB adapter cable, similar to this one (http://askavwsalesguy.com/2010/09/22/droid-friendly-mdi-cable-now-available/)?

Search ebay.com and theres a million of them - i bought a usb and a ipod one for my car from ebay. They are genuine VW ones too
