man im the one trying to sell them, whats the problem with $500 a rim painted in Chrome shadow, mint condition now... look at the the r32 mk5 set for 1600 and its been refurbished not the orignal colour, plus its a production car.. Don't reply if its negative it annoys me, especially when volkswagen would sell them for $1350 a rim minium.

My last car for sale, people laughed at my advertised price, even had dealers phone me up willing to offer me $26k as a wholesale price. I ended up selling for $42k - if yu dont ask, you'll never get it

perhaps a suggestion, if you are willing to negotiate a bit, maybe make a comment at the bottom of the add that if they dont sell then interested parties can contact you to discuss?

I'm sorry to have offended you but I was just stating what I thought.

I have watched 3 sets of oem r32 wheels in mint condition with tyres that have only delivery kms on them and not one of the 3 sets sold and they were $1500.

So I was comparing to the likes of them.

Also you probably should have posted in the first post that they were actually your wheels, I wasn't to know!

Nice rims, as stated they are worth what the market is willing to pay.

With limited vehicles imported with these as standard, the price may be higher.

It is the pickup only that will limit what they are worth...

Ah that ol' saying, they are 'worth what the market is willing to pay', it annoys me to no end.

But besides that, I assume that someone with an R32 wouldn't want another set of standard wheels. If their set is damaged they can get it fixed for less. If they have an R32 AND have $2000 spare they can probably afford to upgrade to a nicer set of aftermarket wheels or even upgrade their car with other mods. Not sure who or which 'market' would want to pay $2000 for standard wheels with no tires, mayby review the market at the end of the listing period and adjust the price. Good luck with the sale anyway.

Nar you didn't offended me, it ok i was just anoyed.. as iv payed more than 2k to get them there.. iv got 2 sets of r32 wheels, one set standard in the original condition with a couple of marks which i payed over 2k for with 95% kumho tyres for my mk4 golf, no regrets whats so ever as they look amazing :) ..
no one with a r32 whats to buy the same wheels, i agree there's only 200 of you out there, plus a few imports, i was selling these to people like me who want to put a set of mint condition r32 wheels on there mk4 golf or bora becase theres thousands of them... As iv payed more than 2k getting them to were they are including $700 for origainal chrome shadow paint spayed at wheels solutions, there not selling below $1900.. regardless to thos who think price is an issue, some one out there who wants them bad enough will pay thet no problem... like me earning $20 an hour to buy the first set...

Might be another set for sale in the future OEM mk4 R32 wheels, excellent original condition, two have very very small chips, otherwise perfect, hopefully they will stay that way! when i save enough money to upgrade to a newer car! :)
