AP v's FK coilovers

Hi all,

I know nothing about suspension so was hoping someone here call give me the key call outs on the difference between these 2 coilover's.
I will be buying one of them this week and are only being used in my Polo GTI as a daily driver. Mind you i am a sales rep, so that is 5+ hrs driving each day :)

I'd look on the Polo UK forums. There are a few reviews on both there.
