removing the boot door trim?

can anyone help me get my boot door trim? if you've seen the je design polo, they have a black badge. im doing something like that with a touch of my own thang ;)

Can you plz provide a link or a picture as to what it looks like?
I am curious to the visual, but I guess it won't do your sound deadening any good?
