Good to catch up with the Newy Crew.
Great roadtrip for me and Brenton.
Thanks for the help of GLDGTI and Mollins.
We got back safely with the Jetta, hopefully the curse is lifted and not transferred to me.

yeh, really digging it. just cruised around all day.. showed a mate and the old girl, both happy with my "trade". very smooth ride, everything works.. cant wait to get started on the mods :D

i think the back tint is first to go.. cant see much out the back..looks like its tinted from the inside.. so the VWWATERCOOLED sticker wont be touched!

will it just peel off? or should i use a heatgun or whatever it is to peel it off?

next will be dropping it a bit and put some mags on it.

Glad you are digging it bro.

My wifes Tolly has the same issues with the tint. I dunno how to get it off, but if you find out, let me know.

Nice Toledo Rednut and welcome to the SEAT family!! :D Keep us up to date with your mods too.

Btw, how do I get myself a VWWATERCOOLED sticker for the back of my Cordy?

i had a little drive of her - for a big car she sits well on the road. it'll be great with some nice tight springs in her.

i think tomorrow we might choppy choppy the airboxxy... what do you reckon rednut?

Just drill lots of holes in the bottom half. Makes a good noise and keeps the filter intact.

sounds like a plan for the next visit.

we(ayden) installed the new stereo and 6x9 speakers today, sounds great. obviously with an amp and possible sub it would sound better but im content with em. got them pretty cheap too! i'll post some pics tomrrow.
had to cut holes out of the tray to get the speakers in, worked a treat.

many thanks again ayden. great effort

fek, just remembered we didnt do the radio cable! guess my 20gig iriver will have to do :)
