Maybe it's because I'm over 60 but I saw a bumper sticker that impressed me today.

I understand California is considering license plates with adverts.
While driving, shows normal ID number etc
Four seconds after car stops, changes to advert, or other special message. License No in smaller area.
Last word in revenue raising.
Wonder how many rear bumps as drivers fail to stop, busy reading new license plate.
