R.E.Agent has confirmed today that both inside and outside survived the 'mini-tornado'....A-Ok for the 1st Open-for-inspection tomorrow...damm if the wirly-gig thing had of hit the house, I would have bulldozed and built 2 houses on the block !!!

I suppose, that for anyone who might be concerned, the 'freak tornado' last week was just that...and very rare...I wonder which will be easier to sell a house or Mk1 Cabriolet....make me a good offer on the house, and I'll throw in the perfect Beach-ride !!!!!

Bump...well I had 2 purchasers, and even signed 2 x contracts, but both of them seemed to have 'issues' (read..couldn't get the finance), so it's back on the market, and we've had to, unfortunately, pull out of our purchase down here (luckily without cost!!)
