ok, i feel like trowin some money on my car

has anyone gone turbo with they mk3 ?
im seriously thinking about it, researching and looking for suppliers....

what and how much work realistically em i lookin at,
what parts except obvious ones do i need

Keep in mind that the spams use a crossflow 8valve motor so some of them bits won't fit.

You need to check some stuff with them before paying up.

I would get the downpipe and intercooler made locally, all their cars are LHD too so fitment could be an issue on some parts too.

The kit for the G60 ATP-VVW-109 could fit possibly ? You would have to lower the compression some how.

if that kit would fit, it sounds better price wise
what im not sure about is, do i need a turbo ecu or remap the current one
someone mentioned that 2 steel head gaskets would lower the compression and obviously have better resistance

You could use the G60 ecu & loom as well I would think.
