passenger door lock

hey guys just noticed that the passenger door lock isnt unlocking when i double press or if i unlock it manually its not locking when i press the lock button, is this the motor gone? :(

it could be a comms issue. Does it unlock if you use the control on the drivers door?

no only unlocks when i manual open the door from the inside
