If This is the car I think it is, I saw it parked at the gap shopping centre one day. It is tidy! I remember loving those rims, but a good neat car....Good luck with the sale!

G-rig - good luck with the sale! It will be a sad day to see it go though I bet! Any bites on it yet? By the way I can't see details on what the fitted wheels are in your post...

(Also - Coxy - please edit your post, you don't need to quote G-rig's full post complete with pictures again, everyone can see them already at the top of the page).

Thanks Swallowtail, you're right it is difficult to get rid of it hense haven't done any hard selling at all yet, nor put on carsales.

The wheels are O.Z Racing Ultraleggera's 18x8 ET45 (8kg each). Would probably like to keep these if i can find some stock wheels to go back on.

Still in two minds whether to sell it with suspension mods or in stock form. I still have the original suspension which will most likely be going back on.

Nothing in mind yet, may just lay low and get a cheap runaround.

that doesnt sound like fun.

Is part of the money going towards the lobotomy you will need to drive the cheap runaround? :P

Hi mate cheers,

Yes RNS510 is out and have replaced it with an RCD510. Still a much better unit that the POS RCD500 that came with our cars (not that it really affects the sale either way).

I haven't really been pushing the sale that much as it's a good car and wouldn't mind keeping it anyway.

i was always indifferent about it, but the crappy speaker locations, rattles and lack of power were enough to let it go. Still looked nice though :).

Anyway 74% after two years isn't bad.

He's going to get a Tiguan .... much quicker than a R32 if treated right ....

Always sad to see a loved car go, Greg, you will have nostalgic moments for years to come (I still miss my VR6 from 10yrs ago), but something better is coming ....

Hi guys, only minor gripes, but will be missed and a great car all in all.

Just wouldn't mind something that my missus can drive if need be (she has an auto license), just going to hang back for a while and see what comes out soon.

Swallowtail I've kept almost all of the the audio gear for the next car.
