MFD & Bluetooth

Hi guys,

I have an MY07 Golf GTI and therefore have the half display MFD.

Firstly, am i able to have this changed to the full display MFD (ie. MY08)?

Secondly, i am looking into getting bluetooth both via the steering wheel and possibily via the MFD. Will the scrolling option via the MFD work with the half screen style, or only via the fullscreen type?

Yes this has been discussed a number of times on here so try a search. Don't expect to get this done for under $1000 however.

Only the full height MFD will display information.

You would be better off buying a RNS 510 than spending $1000-1500 on the MFD, a new RNS 510 from Europe can be landed for under $2000.

By The RNS510 / RCD510 and add the Skoda bluetooth kit , doesnt mater what version as your not displaying anything on the half height MFD it will display on the RNS510

buy the kit on ebay $450 landed for bluetooth / $1500 landed for RNS510
