How do you get THAT drunk? Seriously don't know how he is getting the cup/bottle to his mouth at this point?

There might be something else in his system besides booze. Maybe valium or similar washed down with cheap scotch??

hmm looks like the guy is on ketamine . usually used for anesthesia in conjunction with other meds. no wonder guy is wacked. ive heard it being used as a horse tranquilizer as well.

Yep looks like ketamine for sure. Probably mixed with large quantities of alcohol.
