Hi all.
Again with the questions:-)
Does anyone know if an alarm is standard on the 2010 models?
The booklet indicates that the flashing LED is for the alarm, but again, Dad didn't order one with. Not that he is complaining if it does!
It doesn't have the interior monitoring things in the overhead compartment though.
Cheers

Alarm still not standard on the Tigs. LED is to indicate that the immobiliser is armed (which is standard). Cars with the alarm have the overhead console sensors.

NZ ones have the alarm standard and the way to tell is to look and see if there's a "switch" on the driver's side B pillar (low down between the doors, can be hard to see). That switch is to turn off the tilt sensor and movement detector for if it's being towed or if you want to leave an animal in the locked vehicle etc.
Cheers
As the other guys mentioned it doesnt come standard with alarm, i wanted one but didnt want to wait until feb so looking at aither the clifford one that integrates with the factory key etc.. or trying to source the required parts for the factory one
