Extra Info:

It has come time to sell our beloved 1991 VW Jetta GLi.

This VW makes for a great family car, first car and city car as it is compact, easy to drive and great on fuel. It may also suit certain VW collectors as this model is fairly rare in Australia.

Overall this Jetta is in good condition for it's age with minor scratches/dints around the body but the interior is in very good condition. With less than 179 000kms on the clock it runs great with no smoke. We have owned this Jetta for the last 10 years being the 2nd owner of the car and we know that it makes a perfect car for families, new drivers and city goers.

"Right you lot, a VR6 wiring loom woulp plug straight into that fusebox and the motor will bolt in. Someone should get it.

Even in 8v form, the motor is probably UK spec, so should have 20Hp more than an Aussie Mk2 :)" Quote by Golf Loon on Page 5

The Engine is Completely Standard.

It is registered in NSW, with rego lasting until the 6th of July 2010.

It has also Recently been Serviced and drove perfectly well from Bermagui to Newcastle...which was about a 7hr drive with only 1 stop for fuel!

VERY GOOD ON FUEL :)

The Aircon has been Disconnected ever since we Bought the Jetta.

Help with delivery of the car can be arranged depending on the buyer's location. I can deliver it to Sydney, and surrounding areas around Newcastle if people are willing to Buy!

This car can be viewed for Inspection, just Please let me know!

ONLY SELLING as I need a Ute to Transport my 50.

Thankyou for looking ;)

Pictures: NOTE: EXTERIOR PICS WERE TAKEN ON THE 26th FEBRUARY 2010. INTERIOR IS STILL THE SAME! The majority of the White Marks on the Hood and Right Side of the Jetta are excess bits of Polish I didnt quickly rub out. They arent scratches and can easily be wiped off. Though there are some stone chips on the hood and around the body of the car.

EXTERIOR:

Any information about it's service history and mechanical info?

what engine has it got, is it standard, where and when was it last serviced etc? Seems to be auto from the looks of it.

Just might help with the sale. :)

Thanks for pointing those out!

Its got the standard 1800cc engine and it's last Service was at T.J Engineering but I cannot recall a date as the Papers are at the house sorry. Will find out ASAP. Engine is completely stock.

It will have another Service BEFORE being sold for the buyer to have an ease of mind ;)

The Jetta runs great with no mechanical problems and it is real easy to drive.

Cheers for that Jarred

Like i said, when i viewed it, it was a very honest car. It did have a few things that would need to be sorted to make it a tasty motor, but there's nothing a bit of tlc wont fix.

The car's strongest feature is the interior as it is mint, and the boot is huge.
