FYI for anyone who's interested; those photos are old.

QLD hasn't had green registration labels for years.. Wouldn't stop me from checking it out

This should be a good buy for someone, haggle and bring the price down further due to condition etc. Does'nt look to bad in the pics but an inspection always shows up imperfections. Then spend a couple of $$$ to bring to good condition.

142,000K's in 5 years is pretty huge.
Little under 30k a year there!

Would only appreciate in value i guess since hte R32 isn't being made any more.

Yeah that one's around out my way and I've seen it around plenty of times before. He tried to sell it a year or so ago with no luck.
Those are the same photos I think from that last time. It's funny because each time I've seen it since the wheels and brakes have been nowhere near that clean.
Cheers,
Trent

Guys, who actually cares about the age of the photos? What if some of the local guys offer to make a visit / inspection of the car then come back with a more detailed review, or better still, speak to the owner about joining the forum and then we'll all get better feedback.

I agree with JVL, if the guy drove it daily, then the 140+km on the clock are justified. Hell, my last car was 9 yrs old with 107km averaging 11ish km per year, well under the NRMA avg of 15k, but I can tell you, I put hard Kms on that car, so there is no way to judge a car by the kms! At the price, this is a worthy buy, putting aside some in reserve for possible repairs/maint, following a proper inspection of course.

my 2c just because it's 3rd Oct!! :emo_baghead:

No need to take it personally goodfella...

I am saying the pics are old whereas you might think that if you were selling something like that then you would get out near it and take current pics. Who knows, it might have been one day old when those pics were shot mate.

Spose its a reasonable price,

Andrew

:eek:Apologies if I came across a bit personal... I understand that if the seller was motivated, he might want to promote the car with current pics.

Just  by the amount of discussion about green labels in QLD!:brutal:

All good mate, no probs.
The rego labels are always the same colour for all the states in Australia each year, notice we all have yucky brown ones for the 09-2010 years, (current)
I cant remember what year we had green but its been a while.
Cheers, Andrew
