Hey mate, to get the picture up in your post, all you need to do is go to an image-hosting site like www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com, and upload the picture (I think you have to join for photobucket, but it's free and it's handy:))

Then just copy and paste the IMG /IMG code that you'll see in one of the links.
