You might have trouble getting it and that's if you can afford it.

I'm a member of our local progress association and hall committee,
Our hall is covered by our council insurance company but the regular
groups that use the hall have to have there own liability insurance,
The local pensioners have had to fork out approx $800 this year and
I know the local progress is having trouble getting insurance and council
is looking into getting it for them through their insurance company.

I know this insurance is a hassle but the way people don't like to take
responsibility for themselves these days its not worth not having it.

Best of luck and keep us informed how you go as I'm sure others here who
are associated with other groups would be interested.
