after modifying lower front lip and it still coming off i threw it , put some rubber on lower edge even lower edge scrapes if not carefull:frown:

Yeah those VR6 lips will scrape on anything.
I'm still yet to find one of those NA front lips..people know what I'm talking about hahaha.

NA = north american, if u havent seen it its a like a vr6 lip but alot thinner and without the indent in the middle.

I've tried fitting the vento one to my golf but apparently the vento front bar is wider than our golfs :duh: It didn't want to go no matter how much a persevered :x

Cut down duckbill can look alright if you do it properly and neatly. Done one on mine, doesnt look too and and similar to the NA lips! Had to do it because even my duckill was getting ripped off all the time and I'm not a huge fan of the look of them normally. My VR lip is even worse with the bumps and pot holes so stays off until shows or cruises!

i roll around all day with about 50 mm ground clearance on my front lip and i barly scrap on anything let alone rip it off :)

Mine's a bit like that, but some driveways around me are horrendous so the front of my dukbill gets a nice sanding down.

Mmm I love crab driving... Don't you hate it though when you come to that nasty one way driveway exit that's narrow and steep and you can't swing it wide enough and grind... :(
