Pay no attention to the crappy looking badge because this will soon be replaced with a badgeless grill which is on it's way.

New tail lights. I saw them on a black mk3 on vortex and fell in love.

I like this shot. It would have looked cooler but because of the way I took the photo (HDR imagery using multiple exposures) it took too long for me to get the tripod and the light had already changed too much.

I'll update the finer details when I get back from the gym but the new tail lights and new suspension are the main points

what's going on with the wheel alignment..?
seems a little off, but it may just be the pics.
Normally i wouldn't think so, but in this case, I reckon some spacers to phatten up the stance would look really good.

Thanks guys! much appreciated. I took it for a bit more of a spirited drive on the way back from the gym and it is definitely a tad too low with 17s on. I was rubbing all round! Maybe I'll just get the inner plastics pressed up a bit and the guards rolled...:biggrin:
you dont happen to work at supercheap at Kotara by anychance ?
Not supercheap, I work mostly weekends at DSE. Close though! it's right next door. You wouldn't happen to be a JB HiFi employee who steals all of our customer parking would you? :P
Nice got any side on pics!
I'll take a few more tomorrow. It's going in for a service in the morning and I'm gonna wash it before I go to work at night.

Long time indeed. It took me a while but I am definitely enjoying the stiffer ride. I got sick of driving a canoe.
looks nice, love the taillights. could go a lil lower but :P maybe... if i had airbags under there then definately. I can't get in the driveway anymore... :D :D

Yeh I love the tinted tails on most of the mk3 colours. I just saw a black one with these tails on vortex and I fell in love.

I was thinking the same thing about the spacers. That, or just buy some new 17x9s :D :D
What do you mean about the alignment? as in the camber or the toe? The wheels were slightly turned to the drivers side when I took those pics... that may be it?

camber looked a little off, (positive) that's all. but it could just be the camera angles.

that could be it. I'll get some more pics soon on a flatter surface without a wide angle lens.

They are BSA 367BFM (http://www.bsawheels.com.au/users/ProductDetail.aspx?id=428) wheels. I wasn't really looking for brands when I got them, I just described what I wanted to the chaps at Tuggerah Tyre and Wheel (http://tuggerahtyres.com/index.htm) and they pointed me towards these

looks very nice indeed! a few comments (I know my comments are always welcome :nana:), i'm not sure I dig the black dummies with the chrome headlights, they need to be the same like chrome, chrome or black, black or even get smoked blinkers so you can't see that bottom strip?; Even though i'm not a fan of cheap wheels those look really nice :bigok: though as mentioned before, roll your guards and get some spacers to get that much wanted stance :bluesbro:
Get more pics up of the tails and also the choice on silver rub strips is interesting :spy: just noticed you have one chrome mirror!? lol
I'm liking the progress!
