is there anyone running a single weber 40 dcoe side draught on a 1800 motor
if so can you please supply me with some info on jetting etc

i ran twin 40's on a 1.8 16v but i cant remember the jet sizes i used sorry:duh:

hey mate,
Im running a single Side draught on an 1800.
unfortunately its not tuned correctly and its running rich (not too badly rich) with 150's on it, when it gets rebuilt and gets back on the car I'm going to try 145's and see how it goes, not sure what emulsion tubes and stuff I'm running either!

best take it to a tuner and let them set it up
Lynx manifold by any chance?I trial fitted one of these but it was far too close to the bulkhead in a mk2. I think there was more room in a mk1 though, as thats what they were designed for

yeh they were designed for a mk1, even still I have to run a ramflo, tried running trumpets and the thing just chokes :(
i never actually ran mine, so i cant help you there
