Car protection

A customer service lady talked me into buying a protection package after I put down a deposit. The protection is called Crystal Elements including window tint. It costs $1599. I think I got ripped off. (don't know what got into me at that time :( ) I am thinking of calling her to cancel it and I don't think she can stop me, can't she? I used Barloworld dealership.

Any suggestions?

Yep its crap, i got the street legal tint put on my wifes old MKV trendline and org'd it through a friend that was "that" lady at the VAG dealership. I paid cost price and it was $135 for the tint, she said they pay around $90 for the film + fitting. Never enquired on paint protection but i would just skip it and put Zaines on it. My GTI had paint protection on it when i got it but i reckon its washed off by now. Save the bucks.
