Wat gains will they make in hps?....Do the heads need some breathing work for the cams to be at there best?

the answer is yes...a flowed head will always give better performance.
But you will still have perforance gain with a std head

Driving experience...well the power gains are mid-range from 2,500rpm to 4,00rpm but there are gains throughtout the rev range, it's just more noticeable mid-range.

BHP wise I got 263bhp last weekend at Awesome and Khutula got 273bhp, the only real difference being that he has Milltek manifolds and I don't. We have different cams too, I have the 264's and Khutulka has 268's. We also have different air intakes (K&N v Carbonio) and remaps (APS v REVO)
