Hi mates,

Anybody has the OE mudflaps installed, I'm trying to find pics but I haven't found any with a good angle.

Good question. I got Mudflaps on my wife's Golf V and they are terrific, keep the rear bumper clean. as for the Tiguan, I have the suspicion they may ruin the overall SUV look mind you the dirt on the rear bumper is bad enough after a wet muddy session. If I find one I will take pics, but overall I would suggest no very popular as I have never seen one fitted in Melbourne. maybe some one will post pics.

Hope you dont mind me bringing this thread back to life.

Does anyone have a picture of the Front & Rear mudflaps fitted to a Tiguan ? Any idea on the cost of these in Australia from a dealer ?

Im guessing an overseas import may be cheaper depending on freight costs....ECS tuning has them at a reasonable cost ($50 US per pair) but the freight is a killer...

Thx

Dave

Price quoted for OEM F&R mudflaps was $299.
I`ve attached a photo that I took recently.http://www.vwwatercooled.com.au/forums/ (http://g.imagehost.org/view/0257/Tiguan)

Paul, thanks for your response (and posting the pic), much appreciated. Im on my 4th VW and the price of accessories still shocks me; $300 !

They look good (and they are functional); I just need to decide to I buy them in the US or pay a little more and get them local

Cheers

Dave
