How much of the Caddy is common to the Golf?

Hi All

I hoping this isn't a completely stupid question :P But how much of the Caddy is common to the Golf?

Been looking at getting a leather steering wheel off the Golf among other things, but since at a glance the Caddy is a different, I thought I'd be best to double check before spending my cash :P

Perhaps we can start a reference list in here for easy reference for those who want to make their Caddy more special :D

I put a leather multifunction wheel in mine, it's a complete swap. You'll also need to replace the steering wheel controller underneath the steering column if you want the buttons to work

Many parts are compatible, aftermarket suspension included (for the front). If you're brave, the engines can also be swapped
