I ended up with starting from length along the side that sits in guard 995mm, 935mm in the center where it it concaved a little and 1278mm wide and 25mm thick at the front that was taken back on the flat of the bonnet to the bottom folded bit where you unclip the bonnet.

The sizes are the same as GLS / LS, but the cut is slightly different. On a swallowtail the two lines run down the bonnet and it has no line above the front edge. Have you got a certain shiny red 2 door swallowtail which was recently at home in Sydney?

Well the bonnet is concaved in the cntr the end that's faces the rear where the grill is i took the measurement from there to the very tip of the bonnet in the cntr.
the other measurement i think was 995 mm it was taken down the length of bonnet or down the side of the bonnet.\
 here a few pics they're not the exact measurements in the pics just to give you an idea on how i got the figures.

Thats sweet dave thanks, just one more measurment, as in the photo, from the ground to the front of the bonnet, measurments will differ for sure depending on wheel sixe/suspention etc, ASAP pleaseguys.

need it as my trailer is a little small, sure it will fit though with a little space to spare but wanna be sure

would have been good to mention what you were needing the meas for, but anyhow it's been a good exercise 8) ok then the height from the ground up to my bonnet at the front 735mm then from the side roughly looking from the drivers side to the passenger it looked like 890mm that's not taking in the height of the wipers so if your trying to fit the front of the car under somethink say a bench up to the wipers i would need at least 950 clearnce depends how bumpy the road is to how much the car bounces so may want to tie down at the front hard so there won't be to much travel. bla bla bla ... . . .
just a few  's

cheers Dave
