WRECKING: mk 1 2 door.

hi guys,.

soon, I'm going to start chopping up the mk 1 that I rolled.

Car is pretty rust free.

lower A pillar LHS is gone, floors are reserved.

if you need any bits of rust to fix, let me know I might be able to chop it out, for a very small fee [inc part that is].

I'd prefer to save a few other mk 1's rather than just scrap it all.

Whole panels are out of the question, as they're all bent. but tail gate corners door corners etc are useable.' There are also a few other good int parts etc.

Anything you want to know about it all, or any bits you need, post here or PM, and I'll try and help you out./

Also have a couple of good 2 door doors if any one is after some.

Yep, they're yours Pete. We'll have to see about next weekend. Don't know how i'll be travel with the diesel being ready for nats and all.

hey jarred, what is the condition of the side window seals (ie driver & passenger windows both in doors and rear side D-shaped ones)? mine are all crappy lol. hopefully this make sense :nana:

Yea I know what you mean. most of the seals are rubbish, and rear windows seals were damaged in the crash. Actually, only 1 was damaged i think. I think the left is ok. I can get a pic tomorrow if you want.

Also after a headlight switch if you have one?

yeam i can do you for a headlight switch. All of my outer door window seals are rubbish. one of the window seals is good, I'll post some pics in two secs.

sorry front grille is gone, and I've only one light. can't rememeber which side.

Velly, i'm not sure the key's/door handles will work,. mines and early car. saem with the water cap. yours if they work though.

hey mate. my door handles wont go you car, because they're different on the inside. because of the dfference in years they were bult. fuel cap is smashed also.
