3/4 Friday Night Cruise

Putting interest out there for a friday night cruise with dinner and a stop at the car wash in the mix :biggrin: and maybe photo's.

Not going to settle on a time just yet but will be looking at around 830pm meet up.

another cool local place with an awesome backdrop of the city is the Matilda Bay boat ramp.

im definitely keen to come but my F***ing 40D has packed up!!! it died on me in the middle of a job last week. still no word from the repairer :duh:

point to point sucks as it measures your speed between the two points - get through the checkpoint too fast and you get done

the only work around would be to thrash it, then pull over and wait time before going through the second camera i think?

yeah just the thing is we dont know where the second camera is and I need to sit down and find out what tolerance they are working too with the time.

They are the ultimate camera in speed :brutal:

And unfort radar detectors have no use againest them as they dont use a radar to scan you.

I think I read they are buying 30?

if they are fixed, it won't take long before its common knowledge where they are located.

and if they are moved, then the probability of you running through 2 cameras on our vast expanse of roads will be small, especially if you tend to stick to minor routes for the drives.

I suspect they will have quite a few along the freeways and roads like that

Heading to Mt Lawley for dinner. Car wash will be at the one located next to the shell servo on canning hwy just as you get off the freeway. Get there for 1030pm.

Anyone willing to meet up later at this car wash they can do so here.

Ill be meeting you guys at the car wash as I have indoor soccer again (I will be at the John hughes Meeting to hand out maps)

If you have a UHF it would be a good idea to bring it and if not they can be purchased pretty cheaply. :biggrin: :driver:
