Thanks Trent. Looking forward to some cruises/meet up's!

Do you know anywhere in Brisbane i could find a Oil filter to suit the 3.2L V6? I tried repco but they gave me an incorrect one. Looking to get one tomorrow if possible..

Not too sure about the best place to get the parts from. I'd be hitting up the likes of Jmac on the forum here or Mike Weber at Prestige and Performance (google him) for the filter. Other than that, you can buy directly from the parts department at the local VW stealers. Give them your VIN when you ring them and they can lookup the specific part number. I'd say they would have them in stock as well due to it being a current model car.
Cheers,
Trent

You can't go buying stuff for an 'exotic' motor like the R32 from Repco. Go to a dealer or speak to jmac on the forum.

Oh and welcome to the forum! ;)

Some of the old gents around here must quake in their boots reading that!

"Pah! That's not a Volgzwagen! My first VW was a beetle with 11 horsepower that I saved up for until I was 75, and I only drove it to church on Sunday, and it was uphill both ways and...
:javacomputer:

Seriously though, what a way to start! The R32 is a beaaaast and will surely be a legend for decades if VW don't do V6 golves any more.

Good stuff.
