Fuel Pump

Has anyone upgraded there fuel pumps?

Ive come across a spare 044.

Will i need a aftermarket FPR?

I have a drop in tank VF unit , but you wont need it unless your going gt28 or larger , you should still be ok with gt28 (unless your doing 2l conversion and highflowing gt28 :) )

its more that i have one to use.

So i was going to use it.

No point , your getting enough fuel so there is no need to try and push more in !

I know with othercars ive had and worked on fuel pump normally allows you to have a longer rev range.

But that also requires retune.

Keep it for when you do the turbo upgrade. That + FPR + larger injectors will see you make 220+kw atw ....... :biggrin: (and obviously a custom tune)
