Had to ditch the commodore for a 2003 TDI Caravelle due to the arrival of our twins...
Like the car, but not so much the dealer I bought it off, as I have not yet received the owners manual and maintenance log (a long story). Could one of you guys help me with a few of the finer points?
1. What does the little black leaver on the side of the front seats do?
2. How does the auto mode work in the aircon?
3. Does the economy button on the aircon simply turn off the compressor?
4. How does the filter service thing work/do?
Also I have bought a DVD player and reversing camera for it, do any of you guys have any hints about how to easily route the camera wiring up to the head unit?
I want to at some stage add a small non intrusive boost gauge, does anyone have an example of one they have installed?
I want to add an extra fuel filter as the fuel we get here is often full of garbage and I don't want to damage the fuel pump / injector unit. Has anyone done this?
Also I am after a speaker grill for the driver door.
Has anyone have any recommendations for getting spare remotes/keys?
