aus delivered paint codes

so i think there were only four colours to choose from for aus delivered mk2s, and they are:

diamond silver
bavarian black
tornado red
alpine white

does anyone know the paint codes?

i want to get a spray can of diamond silver, where would i be able to buy one?

My Mk1 is that colour and I rocked into an automotive paint supplier in Devonport. He read off the paint code (on a sticker on the boot floor) and mixed me an aerosol for $22. Didn't do a paint match like a spray painter would but it's close enough.

Dealers sell them.
You should have a sticker in the boot that will show the paint code.

I know my MK2 GTI is Bavarian Black which is L041.

Did they have the codes on the original flyer that came out when the car was launched here ? I have it somewhere in a box if I can find it.
