torque, 2.0L head

i posted before that i got an engine, 2.0l 2E type for mk3, im gonna be doin some work on it before i drop it in the car, once is done ill have picks and all to show
at the moment im pullin it apart, what i need is torques for head bolts, cam shaft and stuff; would someone know them, or where i can get them?

Not to sound like a smart arse, a haynes manual is a good place to start. :0) You should be using new head bolts as they are stretch ones. And careful with the cam caps they only need about 15lbs ft I think.
