After our Day of the Volkswagen is now finished for another year, there is less than 2 weeks to go to the bug-In!

We are leaving Adelaide early morning on Thursday (9th) and travelling via Ouyen & Sea Lake. With less traffic on these roads it will be easier for me to further run in the Golf Diesel.

Looking forward to another VW weekend :-)

Oh rats, I would've stayed up in Bendigo rather than coming back to Melbourne if I knew about this. Would have been nice to meet other VW members especially if there's anyone else who's going with a Polo Gti. *SIGH* Would've been nice to meet a few guys somewhere in Melbourne and drive up together. The roads can be a bit boring.

Here's a few shots from the show & Shine; Estimates for S & S entries ranged from 105 to 120. Great setting and great weather. Apparently was much visited by general Bendigo Festival patrons.

No catergories for judging???? What the????? That is seriously the funniest thing that I have ever heard!!!!!!

I should seriously have not spend so much time trying to clean those damn R line wheels on the Polo GTI!!!!

I have to say though that I was really dissapointed with this years Bug In. The turn out seemed to be lacking this year? It was also a shame that none of the activities were family friendly. I know that we were not the only ones with young kids who attended

Oh well, got to give my NB Cabrio a good run and the weather was just right for a bit of topless cruising
