Put your motor where your mouth is and race your mates for real in a proper drag racing environment. Heads-up racing and burnouts every Wednesday (weather permitting) for muffled, street trim vehicles only.

Event Information :
Competitor Gates Open: 4:30pm
Spectator Gates Open: 5:00pm

Competitors: $50
Spectators: $20
Kids under 12 FREE

From what I gather from the WSID website, you do need a helmet, and for the $50 entry fee, you get two runs. Oh, and don't post a quarter time of less that 11.99 sec as then you will be required to hold an ANDRA licence! :biggrin:

I wouldn't mind seeing what the VR has stock; that is if the gearbox and second gear hold up. The on;y problem is the helmet. Do you reckon a bike stackhat will do?! :)

Motorbike helmets are fine. Just make sure they aren't out of date.

You get alot more then two runs. Last time I went, I squeezed 6 runs out of the night before going home early. The time before that even more...

Due to Mischa doing a rain dance and a chance of a shower the drags will be post poned (http://www.bom.gov.au/products/IDN10064.shtml). I think personally we should wait until Mischa gets his license back and then we can go out again ?
