Hi all,

My name is Eric. Stumbled across this site whilst trying to research some dub information.

Have owned a dc2, s15, and tomorrow morning I'm picking up a 96 Golf GL.

pic quality from the vbpic gallery is rubbish, but my site went down, so I don't have these online atm.

Anyways, hoping to learn a couple more things on the way.

Cheers all!
Eric.

Thanks mischa. I am however about to put my head through the desk - because I cannot for the sake of me get those pic links working even using the cheat html tags. It's driving me *angries*.

just get the address of the actual picture itself and enclose it in "link" (replacing "link" with the adderess) and it will show up in the reply you type it in.

Yeah, those were my previous cars. Both sold now though.

ideally i wanted an mk5 r32 or Lib GT Sti next, but I think something in between whilst I sort out getting married is the more logical and wise step - instead of blowing it on a loan.

Yeah, those links and img tags are not working something possibly to do with vbpicgallery and linking photos that way. I'll try and get my site up again so I have the pics linking from there.

picked up my 1996 Golf GL this morning, and went straight to a dent removalist, who got rid of 4 tiny dents that i didn't realise I had. Unfortunately he couldn't get rid of the one dent i did notice, because he reckons it will crack paint if we try.

Anyways, happy with the car, and cannot wait to start fixing it up to my liking.

I guess the journey begins now.
