Thought I'd start a new thread as the other one is getting a bit long and drawn out. Well, today I finally got brakes. The new bleed nipple in the caliper probably contibuted to my success but I think it was mainly attributable to bleeding with the engine running (vacuum at the booster = more pressure). They still aren't mickey mouse but I reckon I'll take Looney's advice and get them vacuum bled. Anyway, took her for a spin and if not for the seatbelt (yes, some of we country bumpkins do wear them!) I reckon I'd have had my nose on the glass.
