I just had some stainless steel tips put on my V6 4Motion Passat Wagon. As other's have said, you would think that VW would put these on as standard on what is essentially a $60,000 car. These photos really do not them justice as I quickly took them tonight in my garage under less than ideal conditions, but they look awesome in the flesh. The round shape of the tips match the 2 round rear lights and it looks like they are supposed to be there. They really do look great and a marked improvement on the standard exhaust tips.

The brand is Magnaflow and they are twin walled and beautifully made. :D

Hmmmmm - a touch of color coding on that rear bar and it would look awesome. 2 thumbs up!

Nice upgrade... Love the twin exhausts on the V6 :D

Where did you get em?

My exhausts appear to be slightly oval shaped. Were yours?

Thanks Lance B, not bad hey!!

I might do it on my TDI 125 when it arrives in June. It looks awesome.

The R36 should come with the stainless steel tips right.

Talk to Chris Myers, he's a really nice guy ans willing to help and knows what will look good.

Mine were round, but they may *appear* slightly oval because they are cut on an angle from top to bottom.

I think it would look great on the TDI 125, too.

One would think that the R36 would come with the tips, especially at the amount they are charging! ;)

Tips look awesome.
Does no one look at the stuff posted in the media lounge? I posted pictures of the R36 a few months back at the Brisbane motor show. Including photos of the rear with the stainless steel pipes.
