Hey there dubbers, Getting to crunch time for some wheels for my Vento. I'm stuck between 18 x 8 R32 V MY08 Replica (Australia) or 16 x 7 BBS RS Replica (USA). Totally can't make my mind up:? I have plenty of shots of Ventos with BBS 16 x 7 on them, genuine i might add. And none with anything bigger. Let me know what you all think.....LVD

I think the 16s are the way to go, me saying that I have 16s rs that will go on my VR. Ask raymond he used Nankangs and was happy with them. I had a set of Yokohamas on my Porsche wheels they were a 16/40/215 and I loved them sticky and fantastic in the rain:)

*Update* Can't get 18x 8 in 4 x 100. Oh well. Looks like 16 x 7 are the way to go... Now the wait when i get them from the States. Damn it.

the wait is definetly worth it.. ohh and dont be shocked when you get 1 wheel sent to you daily... its just the way they do it

Nice 16" r a great size for a Mk3... BTW we need pics asap... Also did u sell your Mk1 16v?

You may have seen these wheels before evoribin, Alex sold me his 16"s.
And yes they are big centres. Also the Golf MK1 16v has gone to a new home :(.

Oh forgeot to tell as well. Coilovers are on there way for the vent too.. should be here any day now. Yay for pressies :)

They are 16inch BBS rs alloys. Will be sad to see them off my daily they really made the car!

Looking foward to pics also!

Hey there mate, I know what you meant i was being stupid :D. I got the coilovers from flea bay. Only cheap ones... JOM Coilovers is the brand. Venom Motorsport sell them in the UK, About $650 delivered. I just hope i get them and haven't been stooged..;)LVD

Do you have the stats for the spring rates etc for these? I want coilovers for my mk1 that aren't too hardcore.

I got my coilovers yesterday... Finally, It was only 3 weeks really i was just being a stress head. So evorobin if you require any info i'll try to interpret zee german for you.. So ask away?
